State Insurance Company UGORIA provides P&I insurance both to Russian and foreign Shipowners, Managers, Operators, Charterers based on traditional international market conditions. Risks covered:
- Crew Liability;
- Liability to persons other than seamen;
- Cargo Liability;
- Collision Liability (including fixed and floating objects);
- Towing Liability;
- Pollution Liability;
- Wreck removal;
- Sue and Labour and legal expenses.

Our Company also provides Insurance Coverage under International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage, 2001 (Bunker Convention) and issue Blue Card for most of the Flags which signed Bunker Convention.
