Claims handling is one of the keystones of our business.  We closely cooperate with competent surveyors, adjusters and  correspondents all over the world. Such extensive capacity enables the Company  to react quickly regardless the place and complexity of the problem occurred.

SIC UGORIA is the Company with extensive international practice and close links with leading Russian and international marine market members.

Our Staff have successfully handled claims under English, German, Norwegian jurisdiction in the pretrial proceeding.

As soon as you have known or reported of any accident, incident or occurrence which might result any claim you should immediately notify the Insurer and fill Notice of incident- accident Form   

It is the duty of the Assured and their servants and agents to take such measures as may be reasonable for the purpose of averting or minimizing a loss.
